Dosage Large Animals Following stripping of the udder the contents of one tube of Pendistrin-SH is directly instilled into the teat canal of the infected quarter. Acute Mastitis One tube every 12 hours or after regular milking for 1 to 6 instillations. Chronic Mastitis One tube per infected quarter at 12 hourly intervals or after each regular milking for 1 to 3 instillations. If necessary, treatment may be repeated on one or two occassions at intervals of 48 hours.
Milk taken from dairy animals within 60 hours after the latest treatment for mstitis must not be consumed as food.
